File Name: bits_to_int_module.m

 M=bits_to_int_module(NAME,NUMIN)
 Converts input bits at N input pins to unsigned integer at the output
 pin. The bit present at first input pin is LSB bit. 
    NAME - name of the module.
    NUMIN - number of input pins.
