ClipAsymFract32

Overview

Asymmetric clipper module with separate upper and lower clipping thresholds

Discussion

Asymmetrical clipping, where the upper and lower thresholds are exposed as parameters. By setting $clipLower=-clipUpper$ symmetrical clipping can be achieved.

Type Definition

typedef struct _ModuleClipAsymFract32 { ModuleInstanceDescriptor instance; // Common Audio Weaver module instance structure FLOAT32 clipLower; // Lower clipping threshold fract32 clipLowerFract32; // Lower clipping threshold in fract32 form FLOAT32 clipUpper; // Upper clipping threshold fract32 clipUpperFract32; // Upper clipping threshold in fract32 form } ModuleClipAsymFract32Class;
