File Name: int_to_bits_module.m

 M=int_to_bits_module(NAME,NUMOUT)
 Converts the unsigned integer at the input pin to N output bits at the 
 output pins. The bit present at the first output pin is LSB bit. 
    NAME - name of the module.
    NUMOUT - number of output pins.
